We train all bodies at every level. Some of our areas of expertise include:
Functional Training -Increase mobility, strength, awareness and range of movement. Address injuries - create a path to long-term healing. Integrate individualized adjustments into a class setting, if you are interested in studio membership.
Pre-pregnancy and Postpartum - We have extensive training (not to mention personal experience!) training the female body through all phases of pregnancy including preparing to be pregnant, postpartum and the 9-months in between! Some of our most inspiring success stories are from clients who have come to us after having children, to rebuild their bodily connections; to get stronger and fitter; emphasis on Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor.
Perimenopausal and Postmenopausal - Getting stronger, building lean muscle and increasing bone density could not be more important than during this phase of life. Meet hormonal shifts with strength gains to age vibrantly.
